Where do you want to live?
That’s usually one of the first questions that comes up when discussing the home buying process. In response to that I hear, “I/We want to live within walking distance of a MetroLink stop.”
Here’s a quick survey of homes under $200,000 within a one-mile radius of a MetroLink stop. There are a lot more great homes available, but to get a sampling of what is out there I pulled a few examples:
