Good advice! I think the tax credit is really something to look into. the Nov. 30 Deadline is approaching pretty quick 6hougn.

I think it would be really beneficial if you did an update on the tax credit. I also found this blog, http://www.fanffhomes.com/blog, that talks about some good ideas for what to do with the 8k tax credit.;
