How much land comes with the house? I understand from the MLS that the garage does, but it is surrounded otherwise by grotto and church parking lot. Not necessarily bad, but it does make me curious. It is gorgeous, beyond belief, especially at this price. I'm heartbroken that it won't really work well for our family. The woodwork is beautiful, completely untouched; the windows are huge, the front door ... original stained glass (I think it's original), double doors. Most interior doors still have transom windows, but the paneling covers one side. The mantles are in wonderful condition, the tile work is amazing. And the house kept going and going and going.
