If we're going to start talking about the downtown development starting to spread to other neighborhoods, we need to address the issue of gentrification now, before it gets out of hand.  Coming from Chicago, where there's seemingly unflagging growth in all areas of downtown, the black/brown population keeps getting pushed further West and South.  This doesn't make for good neighborhoods, it makes for de facto segregation, something St. Louis has a problem with, historically speaking.

Do I have answers?  No.  But, now's the time to start the dialog.</description>
