		<description>I saw that same article yesterday.  I wasn't real impressed with their conclusions.  It's frustrating to see more news about how to make a quick buck in real estate.  I'd much rather see a slow market that weeds out the fly by night places and lets the responsible investors do things right.
  
Looking at houses a couple years ago I saw way to many "remuddles" that just ruined beautiful houses so that some schmuck could make a few dollars.  Reports like this are just going to help encourage that activity here and possibly bring in more out of town scam artists.</description>
